Barbecue Sauce!
So, I am an extreme fan of anything grilled or smoked, especially brisket with my favorite barbecue sauce.
What's your favorite cut of meat, and favorite sauce or dry rub?

When I lived in Texas there was a place just outside of where I lived in Buda called Salt Lick...Funny name, the best BBQ I've eaten to date. And if you're so inclined I believe you can buy it online and have it shipped to you.

I also give a +1 for The Salt Lick.
As far as sauces go I prefer a sweeter sauce, Sweet Baby Rays is pretty good. It's more of a chicken/grilling sauce in my opinion though. The best BBQ for me has always been a dry rub.Steven Crothers

For me it has to be grilled fish with chilly garlic sauce. Nothing can beat its taste.

Lucilles spicy bbq sauce is one of my favorites. The restaurant is fabulous but they sell the sauces at our local costco and online too. http://hofs.securetree.com/Products/...Que-Sauce.aspx

I used to work in a butcher shop, my all time favorite cut of meat would be the rib eye. As far as sauce if I were to use it, would be sweet baby rays, the honey chipotle. DELICIOUS!

I'm a huge fan of BBQ (real BBQ, not grilling mind you ). It's not really feasible for me to get regular access to a proper smoker/pit, but I used to turn my grill into a makeshift BBQ by heating wood chips and keeping the heat off to one side and isolated. It's not pretty, and not terribly effective, but it kinda works (if you can make sure the chips don't catch fire and cause a minor disaster.
Zach, are you looking for just a general purpose sauce/rub? Usually the sauce I make depends on the cut of meat I'm using and type of dish I'm making. Have you tried any recipes/styles that you like so far?

It would have to be Babyback ribs with Sweet Baby Rays sauce on it.
Heaven.
