Different worldwide hosts with the best reputation?
I have a global client base that I'm going to recommend move to new hosts. I'd like to find hosts from different counties with the best reputation. I have clients it pretty well every country.
So far my list contains these hosts. If you think I should drop any do say.
EZPZ
HostDime

Site5
LateHosting
Preston Host
Surpass Hosting
SemoWeb

Thanks.

Are you looking for multiples per coutry, or, are you only seeking ones from each form of state etc because generally there is no best host with the best reputation because as one tends to grow they do start to see "negativity" from customers that do not get what they want.
But in this case MDDHosting is excellent, from the others I cannot comment so much on.██ l Dedigeeks • Shared • Wordpress • Dedicated • Established 2006

HostDime and SurpassHosting are part of the same group of companies and use the same data centres. My impression a while back was that the former was more expensive, but came with the option of phone-based support, while Surpass was cheaper if you could live with ticket only.
I got frustrated with Surpass and moved on. I was making a claim under their SLA every other month, and found I was saying the same things over again on my support tickets as it appeared to me that the support operative wasn't reading the whole thread before replying. But that was 12 months ago, and I may have been on a bad server, and things may have improved since. HostDime may stress their servers better and take more trouble over technical support - I can't speak for them. Not as active on WHT as I used to be, but still drop in and receive email notifications from here.

Site5 is cool. I'm using it and is great, expect that they are using a custom made cpanel theme, which is not exactly what I want, missing features.

Decide depending on what kind of accounts you have sold (unlimited/limited). HostDime has presence in multiple countries and have good reputation too, so they can cover those countries.
BTW by relocating you mean servers in respective countries or provider from different countries, as most providers provide services from USA/Europe data centers/servers.Vinsar.Net - Quality Web Hosting at Economical Price on USA & European Servers

A couple of those web hosts I have not really heard from, if you do not mind me asking, how did you come up with this list? I think in general you would be doing your customers justice by just doing your DD on the web hosting companies you have listed. Do an advanced search here on WHT for bad reviews on the companies you have listed (see what comes up and if there are any bad reviews, see how the company handled the situation).

In most industries best reputation = largest customer base , and you seem to have missed out some of the larger hosting companies.
Is there any specific reason for the same?

best reputation = largest customer base
There are stores here that are big but I find better reputation elsewhere such as smaller stores for example, so I am not sure how you are seeing this but for me it's a little inaccurate.██ l Dedigeeks • Shared • Wordpress • Dedicated • Established 2006
