Partition table missing after power outage
I have a hard drive whose partition table has gone missing after a power outage. I was able to mount the hard drive but what effect will this have on the server and the data?
Is it advised that I continue using this drive as it is without a partition table? Or should I recreate the partition table somehow? If I do recreate the partition table, what will happen to the existing data on the drive?

And how do I do that? Use fdisk? Will anything happen to my existing data? Can I keep using this drive as it is without a valid partition table?
