Cool

Your Office and Equipment

Hello all,

I wanted to start a thread that allowed people to show off their office area and their equipment.

Thought it would be pretty cool to see some work spaces and to see the different ways people are set up. Could learn something here. lol

Take a picture of your space and post it here.

Ah, I know there was a thread similar to this somewhere. Let me see if I can dig it up, some people had some pretty impressive setups.

EDIT: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...ghlight=office

I personally don't have anything worth showing off. I'm a little bit of a slob, so my desk is pretty cluttered. Nothing too elaborate there anyhow, a Linux box and Windows laptop with second monitor resting ontop of a sub. Does the job though.

Nice! Is it on a timer?

Automatic fresh coffee ready at 6am would be a nice thing to wake up to.

I wake up, push one button and get a fresh cup of Italian coffee and the wonderful smell to wake up to, and enjoy in the comfort of my bed.

Very nice. You have my envy.

My coffee maker is all the way in the kitchen!

I am jealous too. I would like to have a coffee machine that makes French Vanilla every morning in my work station. Very nice.

I would post my pics but I just moved into my new beautiful house so I have to wait a couple days. Trying to get some ideas on how to set up.

Thanks for sharing.

I've been inspired to maybe actually make my desk / work area presentable. I replaced the old computer chair with a nice leather recliner, which really helps on those long hauls at the computer. I can just lean back and stretch out in comfort when needed. I've even drifted off into some nice cat-naps in that chair

But man, a coffee maker (or even a mini fridge) right next to my work area would be an amazing addition. Soon.

Tell the wife or girlfriend that you're putting a coffee maker by the side of the bed. If she has any problems with that, and we know she will, tell her you respect her decision so long as she wakes up at 6 every morning and puts on a fresh brew.

My fiancee doesn't mind about mine!
