I actually think site value calculators are somewhat accurate but it really depends on many of factors. I doubt any site value website can calculate the value of a site dead-on because there's just too many factors involved. (ex. Where you place your ads can affect your site value.)
This site clearly shows the abbrev (est.) so that we don't actually take it to full consideration. Unlike other sites that say "you are making 28 dollars daily." (no i'm not! not even close).
I also compared it to some of the larger site value calculators out there like websiteoutlook and this one is actually a lot more reasonable in calculations.
I'd say if you were to use a site calculator, this would be the one. Anyways that's my two cents!
I think the estimates that webmirable makes is way more precise than hypestat and any other value sites out there today. I've tested most of them already and the ones out there seem to estimate the price way too high when I know I don't make that much.
It is surely a nice website, but are they ever accurate?
Wow I am worth $15,000.

Well it does say "est. site value" short for "estimate".. so don't take it to heart. No website value calculator will calculate the value dead on (it's practically impossible, too many factors). I just think this one was more appealing and more accurate than others.
I think another thing people forget is that it's site value and not "company assets" value. Google.com site isn't worth as much as their company assets. You have to add everything together. Android, Gmail, Google.com, Google Singapore, Google this, Google that, Google Shopping, on and on and on and on.
