    * Terms of Service Template

    Is there a template for TOS and a Privacy Policy?

    Any help will be very useful to me and to save time.

    I am sure if you do a quick Google Search you can find one. However, keep in mind, you will need to make sure it applies to the rules for your company and within the state/country in which your business calls "home".

    In addition you should make sure you add in their any rules from your upstream provider. Sometimes it is helpful to form a TOS from your own ideas, and also include everything from your upstream providers TOS.

    The best of both worlds, or so they say.

    I had asked my host if I can use their terms of service. Had asked for their permission and have been using them. Yes, I had to add a few things from my point of view, but got the basic structure from my parent hosting company.

    i looked for a while for some kind of template and decided on hostlegal as well. I purchased it last night and i've been happy. I dont think you need the reseller pack , just get the tos and aup and you should be good.

    Email in advance, he gave me a 50% off coupon

    Can just use ToS from upstream provider. You shouldn't really be making your own up. Either use ToS from upstream provider or get a professional to help you create one.

    I found one when I read Webhosting ebook
    http://webhostingbusinessbook.com/res/tos.pdf

    You might need to add your own term in it.
