    How can I unblock an IP in windows firewall ?

    I have windows server 2008.

    You can to do it using Ipsec policy management, which is a bit tricky. Go through the tutorials properly , otherwise you may end up in blocking yourself in

    You need to go into administrative tools then to firewall then look in inbound and outbound rules and find the one that you want to disable , then right click and select disable rule.

    if your wanting to allow a specific ip then you need to create a rule to allow it.
