Has anyone who has been using ResellerGuru experienced any problems with them lately.
I have been using them for a number of years now.. probably around 6 years and have been very happy and satisfied with their service and support, however, in the past few months things seem to be iffy...
We've exeperience email problems with them and today a complete crash...
I don't mind the odd problem but whats worrying me is their time to react and to solve downtime issues. Before they used to respond in minutes to tickets and their systems used to never fall over... recently it take hours to get a response and then when things are working no report on what went wrong!
Our clients are loosing faith in us... and we in RG.
I'm not entirely familiar with this particular company, which is to be expected, considering there are thousands and thousands of web hosts on the net. However, since you have been with them for 6 years, I think the first logical step would be to get a hold of a manager and voice your concerns?
With that being said, its always important to have a back-up plan, so more than ever you should make sure you have all your data and your clients data backed-up? Then look for a new web host.. just incase. Always better to be safe than sorry.
In situations like this it's best to have a 'Plan B' and exit strategy just in case things do get worse. Make sure to make nightly ran offsite backups, so in case something does happen, you're not at the provider's mercy in getting YOUR clients back up and running.
