Hi

Can i extract winrar files (in parts) in a VPS server?

Yes. Install Winrar (Windows) or Unrar (Linux).

I don't see why not, I don't know of any limitations for Unrar. I've never unrar'ed a file that big though so I don't know first hand.

I think he is talking about the 4 GB size problem because of Windows. When the HDD is formated as FAT32 it can use only 4 GB files. All bigger than that won't be accepted. This problem doesn't exist under Linux.
