please recommend a reliable general switrtch
for a general switch,
the lan port are 10/100M,higher are 1000M,
can they really work around 100M 7*24*365 ?
i look for a 24 port switch,
i hope it is managed.
I run 10x HP Procurve 1810G-24 in 24/7 and they are both cheap and reliable imo. Only issue I have is that when I limit the ports to 10Mbit FDX they seem to run only 1Mbit ... for some odd reason.
HP is a good bet, the switches come with a life time warranty with NBD parts I believe! That said, keep a spare on-site.

Grab yourself an HP Procurve 2824 off ebay for ~$300
24 gigabit ports for a great price... Reliable switches too
Do keep in mind that these are Layer2 switches... You said you wanted them managed, but did not say what exactly you want to do with them.

1810G-24 looks good and at around $300
how does it compare to Procurve 2824? which one is better and in what way?
I think the 2824 has a lot more features, 1810g is only a webmanaged switch - no console/telnet/ssh.
I would personally recommend Cisco Switch. You can get a Cisco 2950 switch 24 port for about $200 or less on eBay or from UsedCisco.com
