    Any specific preferred location?

I take it you don't want a control panel or management?

Check the offers forum and you'll almost certainly find something suitable, although I'm sure people will post their own recommendations in here.

torrent seedbox? You can always go look for W2, they can promise to sell you the whole VPS world for 2 bucks a month (sacarsm)

That's a lot of bandwidth for under $10/month. I suggest you to raise your budget to find a suitable provider.

The 1TB-3TB is the deal breaker.

I don't think any quality provider can realistically provision this much bandwith for $10 per month.

You might get promised that much but it will be difficult to deliver.

I don't think you could find a VPS with that much bandwidth for that price. I would suggest you to up your budget.

Have a look at BuyVM.net - they meet all your requirements. I have 20 VPSs with them and they have been wonderful. They are also usually one of the first to implement new features into their lineup such as IPv6 and IPv6 rDNS (with SolusVM). Another great asset is that they take care of the older clients/nodes as well as the new clients/nodes instead of just newer clients/nodes. They should have stock within a week or so but you can sign up to the mailing list to be notified around 24 hours before they release stock. Good luck with your search!

There are a number of providers who can offer that. You simply need to check the WHT B&S section and do a simple search.

If it's just a nginx proxy, you can take a look at 2host.

I think your requirements will cost you more. I would suggest you to increase your budget to around $35 - $50.

You will need a budget near to the $15/20 I think for your needs and that will be for the 1TB limit of bandwidth. Have you checked out the offers area? also would you pay yearly as most companies offer discounts that might get you a VPS within your budget.

$10 is low for that bandwidth interval, I would advice you to double your budget or have lower requirements for bandwidth, why do you need so much anyway ?

If it's just a simple nginx proxy why would mmhouse need a specific virtualization platform - wouldn't it work on any?

Yes, it's his choice but the application or any details provided don't specifically call for a certain type of virtualization
