windowz - autokill process after x cpu

    OS - Windows XP / 2K3 / Vista / 7

I am wondering if there is a program out there that will monitor all processes

and after x process is >= say 50% or 60% or a defined variable for x time (another variable) say 120 seconds.

The program will kill that process.

I dont want some huge process manager that monitors 10000's of things and can do 100's of things and costs $100's of dollars and rapes cpu its self and uses 256 mb of memory.

    Just a simple small application.

I did a google search and came up empty.

Can anyone give me some names / links.
    Please and thx

That would be a nice tool if the software exists I'm also curious if there is a Freeware one for that kind of tool somewhere.
I think you may go to any forums website such as: Delphi, VB, or C++ programmers community/forum, and ask if anyone there can make it for you/perhaps make it for free
It can be a challenge for them (and can be fun too) to create such tool.

By the way, what are you going to do with that 'autokill process' monitoring tool, kindly to share?

You can do that using C#. You can get all running process or the process that what and kill them, to make it automatic this application should be scheduled to run or always run in the background.
