    AlibabaHost.com[A Service of Green Apples Software & Websolutions Pvt Ltd India(Bangalore)] is in need of two remote support staffs to work on our Technical/Sales Team.     You can't say that you're an equal opportunity employer though if you are choosing only one kind of race to hire. Which is a form of discrimination I believe.

    I'm not exactly sure about that, all races can communicate just as easily as anyone else.

    If you're going to pick only one race to hire then you must take off your equal opportunity employer statement because you're not following the requirements:

    Where did the OP state that they are an equal opportunity employer? Unless I am missing something I am not seeing it in the opening post.

    Well maybe they are looking for someone local in order to speak their own language among themselves? Not sure how this is considered discriminatory imho.

    There is no mistake with the OP.

    There are plenty of Indians with good English communication skills.

    I am not racist or doing any kind of discrimination , its just we need a person to be located in India for better flow of communication and payment.
