Arvixe is hiring Support Techs (I-III) and Sales Reps
Arvixe is still expanding our Technical Support & Customer Service Staff! We are looking for dedicated and reliable candidates who have excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen decision-making abilities, and an interest in the technical details of webhosting. We currently have Technical Support openings in all shifts (with an emphasis on weekend and daytime week shifts), and openings in our Sales Department during the graveyard shift (PST). These are all full-time positions that are not based on commission; as these are remote positions, you will be able to work from home.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF (Jr. Technical Operations Officer) -
- Responding to support requests over phone, email and live chat.
- Must be comfortable using cPanel, WHM, WSP, etc.
- Windows and Linux Server Administration.
- Must speak and write fluent English.
SALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (Customer Service Representative) -
- Responding to sales/billing requests over phone, email, and live chat.
- General knowledge of webhosting procedures, some experience in cPanel & WHM desired.
- Excellent communication skills needed, must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
We are not looking for outsourcing companies, and English must be your primary language. You will be able to telecommute for these positions.
