My VPS has been down for over 3 weeks. I was hosting a customer's website on this VPS, and needless to say, they are irate. I have a manual backup on Enotch's servers, but after multiple requests for access to it, I have been ignored. I have called in to their tech support line and am always told that someone from their "senior technical team" will get back to me. They have not. I was repeatedly lied to, and told the problem would be fixed "within a couple hours" over the past 3 weeks it has been down.
I am so frustrated and afraid that if I don't get access to my customer's files, they are going to try and press charges against me. The only copy of their website exists on my old, now defunkt VPS, and in a manual backup on Enotch's servers. Neither of which they will give me access to.
Is anyone else on the downed Storm server and trying to get a resolution? I have never experienced customer service this terrible in my life. I was very happy with the low price of their VPS service; I guess you get what you pay for.
