Hi,

I am good in managing server but not in ITIL standards, I would like to know what are the server details as well as personal details I have to get from the client before taking the server maintenance responsibility.

whatever you need to provide support--> which includes his name/company name / address/phone numbers / email

server details will include the login details and the CP login details.
