Hardware - Query regarding AMP usage.

I've a 1U server hosted in the UK and I'm about to move hosts. However my current hosts are a fairly small company and we never even talked about what my AMP usage is.

I'm planning to move to www.qualityservers.co.uk (Found via WHT @ http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...yservers.co.uk).

However I need to know what my current AMP usage is as QualityServers have a great deal in place considering there Cisco Guard coverage, however AMP usage is rather pricey.

The server has the following installed hardware:
    2x4gb Vengeance DRR3 1600 (running at 1333)
    Corsair 60GB 255Write/245Read SSD
    1TB SATA2 - Western Digital
    GigaByte 1156 Desktop Board.
i7 860 CPU (about 55% Average CPU usage? HT off)
    250w PSU

Not sure what else is relevant, obviously I'm not expecting anyone to know the exact value but if any experienced hands could give me a rough estimate .

Hard to say, but i think 0.5 amp on 230 volts or 1 amp on 110 volts will be pretty much in the right direction.

Most use around 0.8 (totally idle) to 2amps. Hard to say for random configs
