I received a notice that I would have to move my VPS with them from the Miami location, to Dallas back in February. Now I've received another notification that I'm going to have to move from Dallas to Luxemburg, which I'm not doing.
I don't want a vps outside of the us so that's not happening, but it's annoying/frustrating when someone can't handle their business.

I can't get a reaction from through mail/ticketing/phone for weeks now, the ordering system balks with a no_active_payment_gateways message, tcpdump is broken and I can't set my reverse through the control panel. Otherwise I have a fine little VPS box with them.
