I'm currently in Southern California and travel between US and Rosarito and Cabo. I need to route all my traffic through a VPN in Mexico (preferably Tijuana). I have used quality providers in both Canada and US (such as StrongVPN), but none of the well-reviewed providers I have seen have servers in Mexico (and yes, I realize that is because I'm doing it backwards compared to people in Mexico routing their traffic to US). I have found only a couple of sites with Mexico servers, but I know nothing about them (VPNworld is one). What are your guys' thoughts or suggestions?
Specifics: 1. I am an individual simply re-routing all my internet traffic, hoping to achieve 80% of my current [blazing fast] speeds. I want to have a lot of bandwidth and be able to do things like stream 1080p video, download large files, etc.
2. PPTP, will be using an external firewall
3. Reliable with few if any drops (LDO?)
4. Prefer a static IP that has no prior use, non-shared
