I've consulted with the person handling order screening and your order was flagged for additional review. That means your setup is delayed until that additional review is complete.

If your order passes screening, you will be setup.

    Hi there,

I am intrested in your "e-hwVPS 2011" offer for my BackupPC server.

I will require the use of IPSEC tunnels (using OPenSWAN)to be connected to my other machines dotted around the world. Do you have any weird TOS/AUP which would effect the use of IPSEC tunnels as all my backup traffic stays on the private network (usualy).

    Kind Regards,

    Simon

There is nothing inherently wrong with the technology you mention, but there are some restrictions on the type of content stored on the VPS. For guidelines, please see our Terms of Service:

Thanks for your reply, the content would of only been mail, dns, webserver backups, nothing illegal, just about 40 servers worth of data. I have already read your AUP/TOS from your website but after reading a few other posts/reviews about your company, I have decided not to go with you.

    Regards,

    Simon
