    Advise dedicated server EU / UK (adult)

    Renting a server from Leaseweb.
    Do not like technical support.

    Recommend a good hosting company, where i can post adult sites (family porn, models over 21 years).

    I need a guaranteed speed internet of 100 Mbps.

    Write reseller Easynet and TelecityGroup.

    Do you have a budget in mind? 100TB is now in London, and there are several other good options in the UK. Do you require full management or are you OK to manage things yourself?

    I have a small amount of traffic, about five 500 -1000 GB. I need a good channels (100 Mbps) for peak loads.

    I can manage the server itself.

    At Leaseweb for six months the server was not available on the network three times (an average of half an hour - an hour), once broken hard drive. Support is responsible for tickets for 12-24 hours to solve a problem to be rewritten for two days ...

    Server Requirements:
    Intel processor
    2 - 4 GB of RAM
    500 GB HDD (RAID 1)
    The budget of up to 200 EUR.

    The future need to be able to expand.
    Not be ruled out that the traffic volume will grow to 10 - 100 TB

    If you would like to pm your ticket numbers we would be glad to take a look. Most customers find LeaseWeb support to be very satisfactory, as well as both efficient and cost effective. Of course, a hard drive can fail on any server at any time, and it sometimes takes time to diagnose the problem and secure the data, which is true for any host.

    Of course, breakages occur in any host.
    Only one hoster to spend to solve the problem 2 hours, while the other - 2 days.

    For example, I asked yesterday to recalculate the bill for payment of VPS (Express - M + 1IP), I pay 30 EUR, now you have dropped the price I must pay 20 EUR.

    Recalculation of the invoice took 24 hours. Moreover, you counted wrong - put 21 EUR. Conversation Continues ...

    I was in correspondence with the sales department about a lease of the server on every email answered in 12-48 hours. And it is in the working week! To write two letters and get the answer I was 3 days (!!!)

    Guys, this is not normal!

    Actually, it is very normal. Sales office is not open 24 hours a day -- 8:30a-5:30p CET, normal business days - Monday through Friday. So if a sales email reaches us after closing time, of course the response will occur on the following business day. This is true with most hosts and you are rather unrealistic to expect otherwise. Support is open 24/7/365 to meet the service needs of customers.

    I wrote the first mail of 14 May 2011 17:45, got a reply on 19 May (!!!)
    Passed Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday. And only on Thursday I got a reply!

    On my other letter response sent by 12-48 hours.

    i worked leaseweb too. One day my one customer shut down server and leaseweb open 2 days after. leaseweb network and price good but if you dont need technical support.

    ServerBoost in NL has very good support, I highly recommend.
    Also RapidSwitch in UK is good too.

    Your budget is good, so you can basically choose where you want to rent it. I would recommend to mail a few providers and see if you like their sales/support.

    Also, because of your budget i would recommend to make some extra requirements. Real server hardware, IPMI/DRAC, enterprise RE disks, etc. This way you can minimize failures and downtime.
