    Windows Hosting

Why is there no forum in the advertising section for Windows hosting? I guess it could fall under shared hosting but if there is enough users that there is a separate forum here there would be enough down in the ad section. Or would it fall under Other hosting offers?

Hi musicman, i agree with you that windows hosting has enough client basis to justify a new section on the forum, anyway you will need to post the offer under shared hosting for now.

It just seems a bit odd.

    Thanks

The offer forum breaks down in type of service (shared, reseller, server ..), not hosting platform

It is all about logical sub division. Presently you have shared, reseller etc where you can add windows hosting plans. Now, if there is a windows hosting sub forum then you need to have shared, reseller sub forum within this forum. That is how it goes!

It just seems like windows is a while other ball of wax and really feels like a Type of service.

But I guess it makes sense (kind of)

Think there is no point in a separate section for only Windows.
One is able to post it in the section for general advertising.

    I think it's a good idea.

Yes it really seems like a specialty market as people who are looking for Windows hosting may end up going to many sites and posts here before finding someone who offers it.
