    Gigenet vs Secured servers Network

Looking for some opinions on the speed and reliability of the network between Gigenet and Secured Servers. I was initially leaning towards Gigenet but with some of the comments I'm reading recently I'm a bit reluctant to move to them if they are having issues. Saw some good comments on Secured Servers--how do they rate network wise compared to some of the other more aged hosts?

Both are great companies. The only thing is what are your requirements? Perhaps that would help you think about the provider that you're going to go with?

I have been with Gigenet for almost a year now, and I have had a couple of issues. The few I've had they have responded in less than 10 minutes, rapidly resolving them, so their support is among the best of the best. Prices are affordable and have a variety of services. I fully recommend them.

I cannot comment on how well GigeNet works, as I've never bought a serve from them.

SecuredServers is a GREAT network. There was little to no downtime due to networking problems, or hardware failure of any kind. Their network, hardware, and support are very fast and efficient. They're always working on improving their services and I like that.

I've been with securedservers for over six months now. I've never had any issues whatsoever, and the only downtime I had was roughly 5-10 minutes during a planned network upgrade that I was notified about beforehand.

Best host I've ever been with.

Thanks very much for all the feedback and help. It sounds like either Secured Servers or Gigenet would be good choices.

I have not used SecuredServers but they do seem quite good based on reviews here. Gigenet I have used for years and can certainly recommend.
