Have a VPS for $5.95 with them since 06/2010. First several months everything worked very well. Quite good speed, good stability, support requests were answered within several hours. Later it got somewhat worse: generally slower + eventually VPS was getting restarted. But still for low end VPS i find their service acceptable. Well, i was until latest case. Story is quite simple:
- A week ago (on 9/05) my VPS went down. (looking on some other Enotch related threads i see that it was not just my VPS)
- i opened ticked asking to look whats wrong
- got reply that my request was forwarded to datacentre
- nothing happens for a week already. VPS is still down, no update on my ticked. Couple of times i tried to ask for situation update but got no reply. Funny thing is that each time when i was asking for update after some hours of waiting ticked status was changing back to "On hold". So as i understand it (correct me if im wrong), someone there was changing its status without bothering to give any reply.
Now i do understand that Enotch is budget provider. And actually i did not expect any superior uptime or speed or something like that. But what i do expect is some care and respect to customers. How its hard to reply on a ticket? I dont know what could happen there... really can't imagine situation which could keep servers down for a week, but not bothering during that time to give ANY update on situation??! WTF is this? Seriously, whether u budget provider or not, but its business, not a game... you can't just get tired, pack up things and go home leaving your customers until you will be in mood again. This company has very strange vision on how business is to be run.
P.S. Funny, but i just got from them an invoice for next month. Servers are down, tickets are unanswered, but you get your invoice just in time
Their servers are down and not answering support ticket and sending invoice before the time. It all shows that they are not customer oriented.

I am agreed with all here. I just hope you Zohar a backup of your VPS as so you could move elsewhere. very strange that they just put the tickets on hold seems if they were going to ignore you they would just close it with no response. maybe they are having a serious issue and are undermaned for the job. but would be nice if they took five min. to put together an email and mass mail the effected clients!
