Where to get a plesk server
A client of mine is looking for a dedicated server using Plesk. He need a reliable dedicated provider with 24/7 support, phone number, no setup fees Plesk server. Can anyone suggest where to look?
I'd like to hear about your experiences. I have a Plesk server at catalog.com, they are real good, I like them, but their prices are not competitive.
Thanks for your suggestions.

www.*******.com has Plesk Servers.
You can also just get the server, and purchase a Plesk license. Then you've got yourself a Plesk server.

You can contact charles at http://www.affordablecolo.com and I am sure he can quote you a competitive price. The network is fast and reliable and the service is phenomenal.

Thanks for all your help. Can anyone comment experiences with any of these companies? I mainly talk about uptime and speed of support (from simple reboot to more complex tasks).

Excellent uptime and genious support personnel. They reboot your machine, and they trouble shoot problems on your machine if there seems to be a problem with programs that they have installed. You receive full support for Plesk as well.
They have a "support matrix" on their site for what they help you with for free. If you go there right now a sales rep should be available to help you out on their live chat system. He can point you to the right info.

Unmetered bandwidth with no guaranteed minimum? I don't know why, but deals like that have scared me since FDC.. so..
Is their any such companies that sell Plesk licenses as distributors of Plesk, like some with CPanel do for a lower price and can be paid monthly? I'm just curious myself.

I have had a server at Serv!rbeach for a few months. I do not have a control panel so I cannot speak to the support, etc. on that. I do not need a ton of support so I cannot complain or really speak to it. The hardware is good and reliable--and cheap. The network is fast and always up (as far as I can tell). I was happy to see the founder from Rackspace was behind this earlier this week. When I got the server, there really was nothing but reboot support. Now they are offering 24x7. Not sure how it is. I will let you know when I need it how it works. They now have a portal with a great DNS tool however. Looks like they are committed and have some big plan which is good news. I will post more as I know more--it is still early with them.

Are you sure Serv!rbeach belongs to rackspace. i had read on some other thread that *********** had purchased the dc which rackspace built and didnt use, other than that no links between the two companies.
Regards.

I got an email from the CEO, Richard Yoo, who was a founder of Rackspace. It is also on their About Us. Sounds like Rackspace is an investor. Not sure what that means in terms of involvement.

I stand corrected.
Its really surprising both companes seem to be at different ends of the spectrum . Searches for *********** show that not all are happy with them , Rackspace on the otherhand harldy anyone says that they are bad.
Regards
