Run-time error on Helm Configuration Tool
I have a strange problem with helm, Version 3.2.18, Users (including admin) cannot add new domains. Helm interface shows this error:Unable to add new domain. Please try again or contact support.
Helm Error log shows.
Invalid licence key. Licence has expired.
When trying to execute Helm config Tool I get following error message.
Run-time error '-214716414598004e00f)';
Method '~' of object '~' failed
There is no error in Event Log > Applocation. i tried rebooting but no help.
Any ideas? Thanks!
Parallels, Helm's current owner, has very strict licensing policies. I bet like Plesk, the licenses are all set to expire and have to constantly renew from the central licensing server every few months. If you can't connect to the central licensing server for some reason, the license just expires.
Call the hosting tech support. This should not be an unusual problem for them.
