Is that with cPanel as well?

If that is $45 including cPanel it will have to be a budget VPS.

Fully Managed + cPanel is usually something like $35-$40 not including the cost of the VPS.

I completely agree with these recommendations. They echo what I say on my advice site

Without managed, 6sync. If by "managed" you just mean cpanel, then they're $40 for hosting + $15 for cpanel = $55, which is more than you want to spend. However, if you write a review, you get a credit ($5) plus I think their free month offer is still good (look in the offers forum), so that over, say, 6 months, your cost would be more like $45/month.

If by managed you mean "some level of handholding," then knownhost is a great solution. One key advantage they offer is that a lot of the scripts you might want to use (RV, fantastico, etc.) are significantly discounted. I have found it hard to beat their pricing for that reason alone. Also, look in the offers forum and see if their KH4LIFE discount code (10% off for life) is still going on, which drops the price even further.

Is the 1GBPS for streaming? Or something as such?

Sense when did Burstnet offer a 1Gbit Connection VPS? I don't even think they get a fully unrestricted 100mbit connection, they're a low end budget provider, i believe its capped under 50mbit at the max.

But have you checked out GenVPS? They have a nice offer/promotion going on with there launch of there Denver and Dallas location which i've heard nothing but great things about.

It's Dallas at the LimeStone Networks DC. But thank you very much for the recommendation.

For well over a year now, on our Premium VPS plans.

Our VPS service are NOT capped. Regular VPS service is a 100Mbps port,. and Premium service is a 1Gbps port.

If u want VPS hosting with CPanel then, I would suggest you to go on with LINUX CPANEL ENTERPRISE VPS package. This package comes with 768MB Memory, 40GB Disk Space, 400GB Bandwidth, 4 IP numbers. VPS Hosting by Hioxindia provides you this package
