I was setting up my Joomla install in the admin panel when their system randomly decided to IP block me. The resolution instructions asked me to open up a ticket, however their main site ALSO had me blocked /mad
Fine, I use a public web proxy to open a ticket, a step I really shouldn't have to do. It gives me a ticket number, I go to check on the ticket, and supposedly it doesn't exist now.... /angry
