You can have private DNS with most Resellers. You just need a Dedicated IP + update rDNS.

1+ for ezpzhosting. Yes, they provide white labeled reseller hosting.

Your budget is low for a reliable reseller hosting. If you can increase it little more when you can look at Hostdime offers.

As I didn't find much, I think i should be more flexible. I can increase budget to $20/M.
Host Dime UK branch have different plan ( both in price and space , etc ) and I doubt they would custom quote for me.
currently I'm looking in these:
latehosting
Dime Host
Site5
prestonhost
ezpzhost
skynethosting.net
any recommendation , advice or warning would be appreciated.

Yes, just remember the good old' saying "you get what you pay for" and "if it's too good to be true, it probably is".
Don't be attracted to too cheap prices as they're most likely overselling big time which tends to lead to poor performance/support, etc.
If you have any other questions just let us know.

You should try contacting HostDime and see if they could come up with a custom package for you before ruling them out completely. From many of the topics I have read on the forums over the years, they had been very willing to work with clients to suit their needs. Of course this also applies to many other hosts as well - try contacting each host on that list and see which really works for you. The quality of the support is usually quite a good indicator of how well the service would be.

OP will most likely be hosting UK business sites and so needs lower latency, better local searches in Google, etc.

In that case I would look into 1&1 and Webfusion
order.1and1.co.uk/xml/order/Home

Is there any reason that you must need off-site backs? this will probably narrow your search mainly to providers that use R1soft backups.

You can make offsite backups to other servers without having to use r1Soft. So not necessarily r1Soft.

Yes but unless that you are using r1Soft or similar it may take high amount of server resources and overload servers as you can not do incremental backups to remote servers with cPanel.

I would say using incremental rsync with a standard offsite backup account that supports FTP/SFTP/Rsync/SSH would use far less resources than a R1Soft setup. R1Soft is know to be a resource hog.
