I've heard in other posts about them being "super scammers"... Personally, from my experience it's been good so far!
I just picked up a second VPS through them, as I was impressed with my first through them.
My ratings of VPS companies I currently work with:
Quickweb - 5 stars on Customer service
BUYVM - 5 stars on solid servers and a no 'BS' approach (i.e. fessing up when they make mistakes, and taking pride in their work)
W2Servers - for great deals and network speed (their Scranton servers work awesome for me from Eastern Europe)

in what location you've ordered?
after reading some threads about them, it seem that they have problems with couple of locations.
in there client area, they have long list of ticket department. have you tried to submit one to another dept? some people tried that and got replied.
Its been 4 days now I have oordered VPS from you still i did not got any details from you, are you ever going to setup my VPS. My order is still pending with you. If you unable to setup VPS please refund me! I don't think I made right choice choosing you!
Yes, I also think i made the wrong choice in getting my vps from them, I had to send in a support ticket to get my vps details. The support was good at the beginning and getting replies within hours but now as i said its been 5 days, sent 2 support tickets 2 contact messages but not one reply.
I have three vps with them , two in Scranton one great one not so great(i just put a ticket to change my location) and one in Chicago great.
I have to say that for now i have nothing negative to tell about. If you follow the rules and don't raise urgent ticket for none urgent matter they are great.
For a really urgent ticket they reply in the day, for a medium they reply in two to three days.
As every growing fast company, you can't know but as long as you are doing backup, for this price you don't have a lot to loose!
Speed are not 10m but a little like 2-3m more than enought for day-to day basis.
Anthony hooked me up and got my Bonuses applied to my VPS! Took less than 24 hours to get that done, so I'm not going to complain...
Just to confirm, all those bonuses were applied (1GB, 40GB space, Quadcore)... Not sure about the network though, I'm getting pretty slow speeds from cachefly -- put in a ticket about that (getting about 440K/s) -- my other VPS is getting WAY faster than that!
