Disable memory_limit override in user .htaccess

We run shared hosting with CentOS+Cpanel, we often see these on /var/log/messages

ALERT - script tried to increase memory_limit to 268435456 bytes which is above the allowed value

is there anyway to disable user to override memory_limit on their .htaccess?

    * Yes you can disable .htaccess override

    Hi there,

User cant override any php functions with their .htaccess if you enable this option at EasyApache from root and compile PHP : "Safe PHP CGI" (prevents users from overriding system php.ini)
