I need a new header for my website: http://www.websurface.net

The requirements:

Must use the current website color scheme.

I need a whois box (I'll insert the code for this after it the header is built, just need space to put one)

A nice navigation Menu. Doesn't need to be any Javascript/Flash/dorpdown menu ... nothing special, just a few image links or a image map.

The logo may be changed if needed to help the design of the header.

If you think you can do something for me, email me or reply to this post with an estimate and some (lots) of examples of your work.
