Hello,

We apologize for the downtime. As you can see you are using one of our US VPS's also and there is absolutely no downtime.

We have discontinued all NL services because of these problems we are having with the Data Center in the Netherlands.

At the moment it seems that the issue is in regards to a dependent library on the server that requires to be reinstalled.

If you decide to continue your stay with us, I would gladly offer you one month of free hosting.

- Daniel

I would give them a chance, NL data centers aren't the best at this time working with when something goes wrong, it's very hard to get ahold of them this is why we don't offer NL anymore, and it seems TMZ does a very good job trying to get everything fixed/stable and online.

I've heard nothing but good thing's about their services in the other locations, I just hear about problems about NL, I would give 'em a chance and maybe move to another one of their locations, as you would see so much better performance, and uptime!

Where do you see info that NL datacenters are not good as any other DC? I bet for EvoSwitch and theyr premium bandwidth. I guess Leaseweb can confirm that.

Sorry, I guess i worded that wrong, I meant that the provider they are using isn't the best with getting technical support, and lack of communications with things, as I have spoken with him in previous threads about this and why they stopped offering their NL location VPS's, and I know we actually had a problem with two data centers in NL (one they are using also) and a different one and the biggest problem was that we were having nothing but network / service uptime problems and then when something was down; we wouldn't get no responses until they have sorted it, or hours later... soo that was there down falls.

I personally am also looking into something with EvoSwitch right as we speak, and trying to work out a agreement with them about our requirements so I will let you know,

Do you have a good experience with them? I've heard two different kinds of reviews about that facility it self, some good, some in the middle.

EvoSwitch brings you top notch bandwidth pipes, I can confirm that. One bad thing - they are expensive.

Yeah, you do got that last part right.. They are a bit pricey, but for the bandwidth I hear it's worth it, We are currently interested in having a few thing's setup out there..

Is your company based out of EvoSwitch, or offer the services in side there facility's in NL? Have you ever had any problems with performance or uptime/network?

We based out of EvoSwitch.
We host near 5 months and have had only 1 small issue with theyr "rerouting" when they upgraded something. This small issue cause +20ms ping, was resolved in 3 hours. No downtime, no glitches, no unresponsivnes (hope that word write correctly).

When something goes wrong they are a PAIN to work with, so thats why we stopped all services with them. We are not in a hurry to open up NL so we are slowly looking for other providers down there, that are responsive when we need something.

They are still working on the server.

We had the same problem earlier in this year with lack of commuication from the NL provider we were using, If anything would happen, we wouldn't get notified or updated about it unless we harassed them in the tickets/phone calls to get a answer/reply.

Then once we did get a reply, it was that they are working on it, and it would literally take hours for us to get a response if not days, so thats why we decided to leave the two data center's we did try out there.

We are currently interested in checking into EvoSwitch, have you ever looked into them Daniel? yeah they are pretty pricey, but would be worth if you had the market like it seems for the products.

We are currently looking into them to expand the vps brand we recently took over last month, as we have been getting alot of contacts/tickets from the side of the market over there so it seems like a great thing for us if we do get a stable provider out there.

Where are you currently located at in NL Daniel? I think we discussed this before in another thread and I think we actually where both using the same provider, I'm just not 100% sure.

I think we might be using the same DC!

I think they also go by a different name. Im looking into EvoSwitch. I don't care too much about pricing, I want quality service for us and my clients even if it's a bit more expensive.
