We are challenging ourselves to increase your client base to double what is current now in years time. You heard it right, it's your client base and your revenues We will take care of the technical support and everything needed for the support. That would include forum support, chat support, server management and what not - anything related to support, and you have it included in our dedicated team package.
What more ? If we don't meet our SLA for any ticket, we refund the amount as well. SLA is 30 minutes ticket response time when signing a contract, but we guarantee 15 minutes response time and average is 7 minutes.
However we require our client, ie you, to be passionate about your clients. We can help you with basic sales and billing, when the technical division is low on ticket flow or server issues.
