I suppose. We have had several inquiries lately from people wanting to make sure we have nothing to do with Joe's so I want to avoid confusion.
There are other datacenters in this building as well, JCHost, Netsolus, Intrgrity, OpenJack, Verizon, LayerTech, KCWeb, etc. The largest, by far, is Wholesale. Then Netsolus. Then Verizon. I'm not sure where the others rank.
Have a dedicated server with them for almost 3 months now. Everything is good. Server is fast and reliable. No problems with network speed neither.
Looks like they do have 24/7 staff. There were couple times I pinged them in early morning *emergency* about network been down and were responded in reasonable amount of time - 13mins (~2AM) & 28mins (~4AM).
Normal US business hours respond to high priority ticket is within 10mins.
Their tech is knowledgeable. Willing to work with you. For the price, it is not bad.
Maybe one small, minor complain I have is one time they bundled several IP spam complaints together and opened several tickets all at same time. Been on the edge of possible null route due to high number of complaints, it was hard to go through and verify all those.
I have a dedicated with them. It has almost been a whole month. I have no complaints with them. Their support team is fast and very helpful. The price is great for what you are getting. Their network is good and as stated by blacktulip, I can hit the 100mbits burst. I did get some major lag and spikes during their downtime but my server did not go down.
