I am brand new here and have a very basic question.
I just signed up with MDDHosting to publish a website. I chose them because of the great reviews. However, I didn't realize they did not have any type of software to help you build your own website (like most webhosts do).
Question: I want a very basic website template for a small appliance business. If I find a free template online, do I need to have the software (i.e. Dreamweaver, WordPress, etc.) to make changes?
Site Builders are very generic in use, personally I would not advise on their use unless you really don't have the patience to learn PHP/HTML or are not familiar with design at all.

+1 for WordPress.. You can literally make any kind of website with it. There are thousands of themes/plugins to make your website look professional and stand out, and it's very easy to manage and install.
