Just for the bandwidth alone, or including the Dedicated Server?
I sure hope you mean just an extra bandwidth add-on...otherwise the only service you will find with that much bandwidth included would be a VPS.

1TB translates to a little over 3Mbps average and with 10EUR this makes about 3EUR /Mbps. Definitely doable with cogent-only bandwidth or mostly peered bandwidth.

you will almost never find a bandwith provider that charges on average 1tb is more like 6-7mbps on 95th billing if your buying bandwith from cogent.......

Hosting providers do charge per GB/TB usually. So it is possible to get this amount of bandwidth as an addon to his server/VPS for about 10EUR (although not for premium bandwidth).

Your knowledge is outdated. In 2011 bad transit is cheaper then good peering. And all quality Tier-1 sell their mbit/s far cheaper then 3 euro / mbit 95% on any decent commitment.
To answer the Original topic starter: it will be hard to find a dedicated server provider in Europe that charges more then Euro 10,00 / TB overusage, unless they are a small operator.

I have an old quote at 3.75, so shouldn't be too hard. Level3 also bought/is buying Global Crossing and they will sell you transit for less than 2 euros.

No problem at all. level(3) goes far under Euro 3,00 / mbit on decent commitments.

swiftnoc, what do you mean by bad transit? Are you saying that the cheaper providers are unable to deliver on your supposedly dedicated port speed? Is there any evidence of this with particular providers?

Maybe bad transit is a poor wordchoice.
Those transit providers that are perceived by many to be on the bottom of the market in price and quality. Some of them offer lower full transit price / mbit then what it would cost a provider to peer traffic at a public peering exchange.

I thought it was a bit unfair to give a bunch of transit providers a bad rep just because they are doing us all a favour by selling below cost.

With the exchanges rolling out 100GE, we can expect peering to become much cheaper again in the near future anyway. Heck, on UA-IX they are offering 100GE for $140 a month + one off setup.

If you connect to a public peering you should consider all your real costs, including transport links, cross connects as well as port fees to the IX.
Port fees are in most situations only a relatively small part of the total cost of peering.
