VPS and VPN Tunneling

I was wondering if it is possible to Add a PPTP Tunnel (I have PPTP VPN Client PPPd version 2.4.5 installed), via webmin, on a VPS....

In essence, I would be routing all my traffic through the tunnel. However, I only have one ip assigned and I am afraid that tunneling would make it impossible to log on.

Is it possible? Does anyone know of any tutorials out there? I have searched but not had much luck, absent installing a full-blown desktop environment.

Before any asks why I would want to such a thing let's just call it intellectual curiosity.
