I am looking to get out of the web hosting industry as I have other things I would like to focus on such as my current full-time job and grad school in the not to distant future. I am selling a web hosting company that is just about to turn two years old. The company has a lot of potential, and I am looking for a reliable home for my clients. BIN price is $15,000 because of the potential this has to grow, but will take offers as well. Bids must start at at least $7500. The sale includes the following:

* two servers, both owned and colocated (one is paid monthly, and the other is paid yearly and will not require payment until December 2nd)
* two domain names (.com and .net)
* web site design
* owned WHMCS license
* shared, reseller and VPS clients
* RV Skin license (paid off until 09/29/2011)
* if servers remain colocated, everything already set-up and ready to go

The specs for the servers are as follows.

Server 1:
Dual Intel Xeon L5420 (low-power quad core CPUs with 12 MB cache)
8 GB DDR2 ECC RAM
2 x 1 TB HDDs in software RAID 1 (upgradable to 24 GB RAM max with up to two additional HDDs)
Supermicro Motherboard
Hosts shared and reseller clients. Load is below 1 95% of the time.
Colocation cost is $83.00 monthly. Server is located on the west coast of the US. If you are interested in keeping the server at the DC, I can ask them if they can simply transfer service to you.

Server 2:
Dual Intel Xeon E5520 (quad core CPUs)
Supermicro X8DTL-IF Motherboard
24 GB DDR3 ECC RAM
2 x 1 TB HDDs in hardware RAID 1 (using 3Ware 9650 RAID controller card)
Hosts VPS clients. Load remains between 1 and 2 most of the time.
Colocation cost is $114/Mo, paid yearly. Server is located on the west coast of the US. Will ask the DC to transfer service to you if buyer is interested in keeping the server colocated.

There are about 31 VPS servers on the second server, and the rest are shared and reseller clients (a total of 32 accounts on the first server the last time I counted).

I would say about half of the clients pay via credit card and the rest via PayPal.

I have currently set May 15th as the end date for bidding, but will extend if necessary. Would like to get this sold within the next couple of weeks if possible.

Will accept payment via bank transfer or escrow.com.

First server (Xeon L5420) is at Silicon Valley Telecom and Internet Exchange (SVTIX) in San Jose, California, and second server is colocated with QuadraNet in Los Angeles, California. However, these servers can be shipped to any location you desire.

Offer $3,500. You only net roughly $4200 assuming the 2nd server is paid for another year and the 1st is still $83/mo, and you have $2487 in annual/biennially income that likely isn't available funds to the purchasing company which leaves under $2k of actual income for the next year or greater.
