How to deal with 2Checkout Risk department?

We have opened an account with 2Checkout on 23 Feb 2011
Since then, and until this moment, with many posts to a now-closed! ticket,
they always say:
Your website is under review with "risk department".

Now, we are very frustrated with this company.

10 weeks?
Is this acceptable by any measure?
If our website not compatible with their policies, they "Have to" tell us what to do,
why they "didn't" accept our business...etc.

Putting your ebusiness on hold for two and a half months is a business damage, headache, and waste of time and money.

If you know how either to contact those people other than the non-sense ticket system they have, or how to make a strong complaint against their careless practice, please help.

Thanks!

Pick up a phone and call them? You can actually speak with somebody that way. It's faster than awaiting a response via the ticketing system.

Have you completed form? emailed them? is your website up and running? Different type of business takes different amount of time, but less than 10 weeks.

My website was approved within 2 days.

We have always used Skype to call their toll free number. It's much quicker than emails.

I have been with 2CO since last 2 years, honestly speaking never found a single problem except slow ticket reply and ever month deal with my clients nearly 2000~2500$ only for them. I suggest you to contact with their phone support and open ticket to speed up the ticket response.

Its not good to see to taken any account for risk review for 10 weeks...

services and response are good of 2Co. But their policies are more strict initially they take time to approve new merchants.
