Are you guys reseller of another provider?

No we are not. We lease our hardware directly.


Do you have an uptime guarantee?

Yes, we offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Please visit our Service Level Agreement (SLA) page for more information.


Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. All our hosting packages include a 7 days money back guarantee. Domain purchases are not eligible for refunds. Only new clients are eligible for refunds. If the TOS agreed upon when signing up is violated, the refund policy will be voided.


How long does it take for my account to be activated?

Your account is setup automatically and instantly by our system upon payment. This may take up to a minute while our system processes the information, usually much faster. In the event that you do not receive your hosting information, please check your spam inbox and see if the email landed up there instead. If you still have not received your hosting information, please submit a support ticket.


How are you able to provide so much resources at such a low cost?

We are not resellers so there is no middleman involved and we are able to pass down the savings to our clients.


Will you migrate my websites from another provider?

Yes, we will help with migration of websites as long as your previous provider is using cPanel/WHM. Once your account is setup, please submit a support ticket and provide us with your login credentials for your previous provider.


Can I upgrade my account at a later time?

Yes, you can upgrade your account at anytime. Please submit a support ticket and we will take care of your request.

Yes that is correct. We are using Apache with Varnish as it had shown better results than LiteSpeed.
