    Reacting to the past rather than anticipating the future. This type of server management is mainly based on troubleshooting and to do management tasks on request of the client, as well as solve matters as they arise.

    Do you run your own AS on all these locations? Which DC are you in an what are your upstreams in Chicago?

    Also, do you have different speedtest files for Chicago and California? Currently only one is listed for the US with no specific location mentioned.

    We run our AS in California and Europe. In Chicago we currently use the excellent network of Steadfast but they do announce our IP space. We will run our own AS in Chicago when the network is completely build out. We will then retain Steadfast as one of our uplinks.
    We currently have only one USA speedtest available (for California).

    Thanks for the explanation. So I can assume that for now the performance will be equal to the steadfast network? What would the network look like when you change to the other set of upstreams? And would that change mean that the servers will stay in the Steadfast DC & no downtime would occur during the network update?

    One more question about the order process: would it be possible to add more bandwidth later on (ie, go from 5Tb to 10 tb) later on when needed? And what would the setup time be for Chicago? Generally speaking, how quickly would hardware support be handled there? This is an important fact since that due to the KVM support should only be required for hardware related issues.

    I find your offer very intriguing, until when will this promotion run?

    Here the answers to your questions:

    - The performance will be equal to the Steadfast network.

    - We will add various other carriers in the near future, this will probably cause very minor downtime and it will be communicated as a maintenance window well in advance.

    - It is possible to expand bandwidth package at every renewal date. Overusage between renewal dates is charged at only Euro 6,90 per 1TB.

    - In all datacenters we use, there is 24x7 staff onsite. Hardware failures in general are handled fast, but it is possible to get optional SLA (Business, Managed lines) for guaranteed response times.

    - Hardware setup times vary depending on stock availability.

    - We will run this promotion for at least 7 days.
