    VPS User Beancounters question

I have ordered a VPS package with this information:
    CPU: 3 Ghz Dedicated Usage
    Ram: 2 GB Dedicated Memory
    Platform: OpenVZ

When i login in vePortal, the info is this:
    VPS Resource Limits:
    Guaranteed Ram: 2048mb
    Burstable Ram: 3172mb

When i login via ssh, cat /proc/meminfo shows this:
    MemTotal: 3248128 kB
    MemFree: 3238332 kB
    Witch i think is fine.

But when i "cat /proc/user_beancounters" the things are different (see attached file)

So my question is... is this ok?

Try this, it'll make sense of the memory allocation numbers in beancounters

    Thanks for that portalgod.
When i run this tool, it provides me with the following info:
    Total Used Free
    Kernel: 10.54M 2.99M 7.55M
    Allocate: 3172.00M 152.22M 3019.78M (2048M Guaranteed)
    Commit: 2048.00M 37.08M 2010.92M (22.4% of Allocated)
    Swap: 0.00M (0.0% of Committed)

But i still have concerns about UBC values...

What exactly are you concerned about? The values ending in '-pages' in /proc/user_beancounters are measured in 4k pages (you have to multiply the values by 4). I'm not seeing anything wrong with what you posted.
