    Illustrator doesnt Open , Photoshop doesnt respond

    Illustrator doesnt Open , Photoshop doesnt respond

    Any help????

    Is this happened the first time or new installed? There might be some error when you were installing it.

    I am agree with "ivounnerry". It might be that any important file of both damage. So, you should re-installed these software again and then check their working.

    No it is not the first time after installation.

    It was working fine.

    Now it is not opening.

    It is all installed in C frive with 13GB more extra space .

    It is in the same drive as the windows 7 OS is

    Is it a trial version thats now expired?..

    simple thing to say I know but your be supprised what some software does once its expired.

    Add photoshop to your DEP exceptions list. I have to do this or a lot of my plugins crash PS.

    right click my computer>advanced settings>performance section>settings>DEP tab>click add to add the application>ok to close all windows

    try this to see if it helps.

    I didnt understand your Question? Illustrator doesnt Open , Photoshop doesnt respond, Man it can be few things mey be you didnt Installed it correctly or may be your software is old version or may be you got windows problem .....

    The reasoning behind disabling DEP is adobe products have legacy code that newer systems have trouble handling, or think it's a virus. Hence the DEP kicking in....

    Adobe needs to fix this.... But yeah right they will never get to it.

    Just like they won't fix directory addressing in DW CS4 on Windows 7, instead telling people to upgrade...
