Hi, may I ask about hardware upgrade and custom configuration?

Do you have 2TB HDD or SSD? Hardware RAID? Max HDD per each server?

We get this question all the time. Literally 20-30 times daily so (if anyone is actually reading this) I wanted to clearly answer why we offer discounts on annual payments. It's really simple actually: We offer a very inexpensive service and these services are often the target of malicious intent. To date, none of our annual pre-payment clients have been disconnected for anything related to abuse. However, we literally suspend several monthly pay customers daily for everything from spamming, to phishing, hack attempts, serving illegal content etc. You name it and we probably suspend someone for it daily. The low administration overhead associated with the annual payment clients enables us to pass the savings directly to them. The annual customers keep the same server monthly, so we save on the cost of acquiring another client, cost of administration time associated with re-provisioning, re-trasferring customers data/websites in and of course abuse related time.

So I'm really thinking all they accept is annual payments, and that leaves me out!

Everything has to be paid a year in advance.

Not for me, not with the problems they have had!!

till now nothing happen no e-mail - no reply my e-mails - no supporting answers !!!
I paid a yearly plan and now I think I failed to choose

ive heard nothing, good thing i didn't spend my money with these guys, i cant even get a custom quote out of them!!!

also they resell fdc servers, and i know someone whos got one with these guys and they try to charge the end user for the reinstalls fdc does for them for free ~_~;
