We do VPS hosting and have some clients working with Centova Cast.
Last week the first one came with this issue:
ERR This installation of Centova Cast is using an expired license key. Please contact an administrator for assistance
Checked at Centova's customers interface and License is "ok". Browsed google and followed all steps I was able to find. No success. I opened a ticket with centova and thought that this could be an isolated issue..
Almost 1 week later we are seeing lot of servers experiencing the same issue and have not yet received a response to our support ticket. No solution at all.
Should we tell our clients to move to another panel asap ?
