By moneybookers. My profile says it is OK, but they just rented it for a month. Instead of six. I noticed that when tried connecting in SSL to my server. That was no contact in OVH manager. It said server was due to a close 17.4.2011 then tried to contact dedicatedpros customer service by email. Which was a no go. Then I tried to call them by phone all numbers available on their site. No go again.
Tried not to hassle things when i don´t get reply in 1-3 hours, but this seems bad two fking weeks no reply on calls or email this seems bad.

Hi, have you had any reply since.
I am in a similiar situation. Also my servers got deactivated after exact one month, even though we have paid upfront for 3 months. After exact one month I received a fraud Email, them stating that there is so much fraud form our country and that I need to submit documents that prove we are legit.
I have also logged into the OVH manager, there it says:
Creation date: 2011-03-30
Expiration date: 2011-04-30
So it seems they have only ordered it for a month instaed of 3.
If you're doing it, might as well ask RR79 to do it together with you. Else, it would be like 1 person against 1 company. A tiny drop of water in a big pond. At least 2 they will take you a bit more seriously.

Looks like you can count me in as another victim. God how I wish I had seen this thread earlier!
If they are known fraudsters, perhaps their ads should be removed from the offers subforum here? That is how I found them in the first place -- it certainly looked like a legitimate offer, and there were no negative replies or warnings there.
For those who paid via PayPal, do we have any recourse through their dispute system or is that limited to eBay-related issues?
I don't normally deal with resellers, or PayPal for that matter, but since OVH won't take orders from US customers I thought I was being clever by going through a reseller this time around.
do not answer tickets. We made the order, the servers should be received yesterday but the access data were not sent and they do not answer the tickets during the whole day
i ordered from them last week (on monday) waited until friday of last week then told them to cancel my order which they did and they said they would refund (still waiting for that) i'll be filing a claim with them today via paypal if not received.
I think you can go ahead and do it now xSubZer0x. I don't think they will be back since there's already 3 ppl having this problem.
already have after reading these threads i filed it as other intangible goods also sent a email to ovh.co.uk warning about them and that they should probably warn there forum users seeing as dedicatedpros is a user over there as well also tried calling dedicatedpros (again) and got there answering machine heh
