    * How to restrict users from a certain country ?

    I run a vbulletin forum on a dedicated server with centOS5/apache and whm/cpanel.

    Is there any way i can restrict users from a certain country ? If they try to access the site, they should just see the apache test page.

    Is this possible ?

    Just check the IP of that country and block it, since some set of IPs are given to that particular country.

    Install csf firewall, and add the countrys in the config, like:
    CC_DENY = "US,GB,DE"
    You can accept only the countrys you want
    # An alternative to CC_ALLOW is to only allow access from the following
    # countries but still filter based on the port and packets rules. All other
    # connections are dropped
