    May be these have poison removed? Because I don't think anyone have the guts to play with 100s of snakes with bare legs and hands.

    I would imagine that it becomes just another job at some point. Some people, e.g. those who run snake shows, work with poisonous snakes day in and day out.

    That said, I am not sure that I could do it!

    I have to disagree with you there. The extremely cruel practice of defanging, or the removal of poison sacs is very rarely used by zoos.
    A major part of a zoo's work is in conservation and protection of animals, including the creation of a realistic habitat for them.
    Using venom is part of the digestive process for certain snakes, to deny them of this would lead to them being unable to eat, and dying of starvation.
    Next time you're in a zoo, look carefully, and you may see some live food in the vivariums.

    It's a creepy job... I can't even watch those snakes staring at him like that
    That said, it's a profession for someone too - I bet that guy is extra careful for what he does, otherwise he would end up in a hospital.
