How can I terminate my account and get a refund?
Their support site is slow as hell, I didn't get login information after 12 hours and according to the server status on the support site, 60% of them are down or so.
That isn't what was promised, so I'd rather look for another company.

You can try and open a trouble ticket to ask for a refund (which will take at least three days to get a true answer - 1st day to ask you why since they won't read the ticket comment  , 2nd day to tell you that they are looking into it  , and 3rd day to say no  )but I believe they've altered their TOS and removed the refund clause  . If you paid by paypal you can dispute it  .

erm.. I don't want to be the black sheep here but i ordered one in london, it was set up within one minute of authorization... maybe Im just lucky...

Thanks unzi. I just went ahead and bought one in UK a little while back and it got provisioned within seconds. Just waiting for the offer upgrades - opened a ticket. Seems good so far.

Been using w2servers for about 6+ months now. Have dedicated server and about to get a VPS in addition. Best company I've used. Only other place that is just as great is netelligent.ca for my Canada servers.
Question: What VPS OS Templates are available? Is the VPN/Proxy OS Template available for these VPS Servers?

According to the list in the VPS Control Panel, there are many OS templates:
Alt Linux (32 and 64 bit)
Arch Linux (32 and 64 bit)
Centos5 (32 and 64 bit)
Debian 5 and 6 (32 and 64 bit)
Fedora 13 and 14 (32 and 64 bit)
Gentoo (32 and 64 bit)
Openwall (32 and 64 bit)
Slackware 13.1 (32 bit only)
Trixbox
Ubuntu 10 (32 and 64 bit)
Cannot see any option for VPN/Proxy OS Template - that's not to say it's not available though

They aren't the worst but their support is pretty slow. I had an issue with access and it took three days to resolve it then a day later it didn't work again. It took a whole week to fix... And I'm still not sure if it's fully working yet...will need to wait and see...to top it off some of their server have problems sending email out....
